Not what we expected on our first visit. Stornoway Black pudding stacks were delicious as were lorne sausage roll Great coffee, Girls at stall were terrific.
Now the indoor seating area and gift shop combine with the ticket desk. The ticket desk girls were amazingly helpful and friendly
However I do have one complaint.All of these places of interest i visit share this problem and that is outrageously tourist rip off prices for goods on sale Two examples (see pics) a small jar of heather honey which is not even Manuca is way overpriced at £13. Worse still is a simple beeny hat admittedly good quality wool but priced at quite frankly an insulting £45?
Get real,my friend was wearing one today warm and acceptable
8 times cheaper than those selling here.Its blatant profiteering.I will not buy anything,on principle from tourist gift shops anywhere. Fools and their money are easily parted.Well sorry, not this fool?

What a truly relaxing place to get good food, amazing cake and delicious hot drinks.
The prices are fantastic. My burger and Cajun fries were hot and delicious and fab value for money.

Nice place. Good coffee. Amazing Cajun fries. Only place around to get Cajun fries. Would definitely try the fries. But they did spill our coffee on our new cards though.

Lovely food, all fresh and a decent amount for the price
Parking: Lots of spaces for cars and coaches.
Kid-friendliness: Kids activities on the walk around.
Wheelchair accessibility: All at ground level.

Not sure why I have to go to the end of the world to find the very best Cajun fries, but I take it! Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Staff is super friendly. Just great!

Really tasty interesting VEGAN options. Three good choices of hot vegan lunches, all reasonably priced. We had the Cajun No chicken burger with fries and coleslaw. This is the best vegan food that we?ve had in this area. The fries were perfection, the burger was very tasty. All freshly cooked to order. Worth calling in to Benmore just for the food. If you?re vegan/ veggie definitely worth a visit.
Vegetarian options: Fantastic VEGAN options.

Stopped off while on a tandem club ride. Fantastic burgers and other good foodeveryone really enjoyed what they had. Great selection of cakes and coffee.
