Wonderful and extremely helpful. I recently had an issue with my mum's glasses, a leg had come off, the tiny screw was missing and I was really stuck. I popped into my local branch in Saltcoats and the lady I met couldn't do enough to help, she replaced the missing screw and gave the glasses a good clean, fantastic service and my mum was back to being able to watch her tv that night. Thank you.
