My friend and then I were overcharged at this place. The employee who served us was unable to explain what the meal deal included, as he spoke very limited English. A child's cheese sandwich was prepared with only half a slice of cheese.

Always loved a good subway. Lovely staff, good service. Only reason I don't come here more often is the price. Considering it's just a sandwich, it's bloody expensive. See myself going to Gregg's more these days. Better value for money

Went in for lunch but didn't bother after the attitude from one of the people 'serving'. She appeared very agitated while we were having a look at the menu, then stormed off into the back shop. Shocking service! Can't rate the food as we promptly left the shop.

Avoid. With delivery EVERYTIME my food is freezing or the order is incorrect. The veggie plant patty wraps were inedible this time, not toasted as requested, and wrong cookies sent. Refund requested but not given "managers are never in" says young lassie on the phone. Recently when going into the store I feel like the subs are half filled from how they used to be. I won't be going back to, or ordering from Saltcoats subway again.

I?m in a lot & never had an issue the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and go as quickly as they possibly can. My order is always spot on. The place is recently decorated and is always clean and tidy anytime I?ve been inside.
