After having had a terrible experience at Irvine Post office trying to renew my licence I was sent to Saltcoats to do it. Total opposite service and knowledge to the one in Irvine. Alec especially thanks pal you were brilliant. (Stuart McKie using my daughters phone ?)

Very pleased when I came into this Post Office to ask about Travel Services . The girl explained Travel Money and Travel Money Card to me and introduced Travel Insurance . Nice staff and a pleasant Office to visit .

Sorting office is so friendly and helpful here in Saltcoats! A silly wee parcel was looked after by this office like it contained jewels?we had a lot of appointments and missed two deliveries but never any irritation or annoyance! No no: the attitude when l called was very much ?ok, let?s get this sorted out!? and it was!! Great and appreciated service!? Thanks!

Fantastic office. Staff are lovely and went above and beyond to help me today as my request was time critical. Had to travel to Saltcoats PO as my own local PO dont do photocard driving licence renewals. I was assisted by Richard, lovely helpful man. My own PO could learn alot from Chapelwell St branch. An overall great experience.

Saltcoats is my local Crown Post Office who can renew your photo driving licence, the lady that assisted me was very helpful, got my licence back from DVLA a week later.Excellent service, I was also given advice how they could process my passport renewal.It cost a few ££ more doing it this way, and I would recommend it.You are provided with receipt confirming they are processing your renewal driving licence which offers peace of mind if you were unfortunately stopped by the police for anything and no physical driving licence to show them.5* customer service.
