“Louise was the most helpful assistant to me and my Sister in Law, on 01/12/2021, by helping me to select suitable Christmas Gifts for a girl of 13 and a boy of 16, who are not likely to receive gifts this year. I do not have children of my own, so I was a bit clueless as what to chose. I was delighted by the gifts Louise helped me to choose, and as some of them were half price or had great savings, this resulted in me buying sufficient gifts to include another child. Louise was so very patient, and friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. As a family we have had a very sad year, and by the time we left your store Louise had really lifted our spirits.
