Was thinking of going into this place whilst I was on holiday. Unfortunately upon meeting one of the beauticians possibly the owner whilst sat on the bench outside (on a public right of way with no indication that this was specifically for clients) they were rude and abrupt . Moreover, we could hear them being very rude whilst inside the shop about it. They said there were clients coming that needed to sit there, however according to their timings online they were closed. It?s such a shame, they claim to be lgbtq+ friendly however that does not seem to be the case in anyway. I wonder now if they even have a pavement license for this seating.
