A badish accident on canobie straight Euroroute called to do recovery the pick up on flatbed and caravan on tow. No ontow sign on caravan no working lights on the back and on travel going through hawick doing 40 in a 20 zone. Phoned up head office not amused that I reported the driver but seen on the computer that was the case. Picking up from 1 accident and waiting for another to happen start by driving by the highway code and improve and teach the next driver safety not being the next one in a ditch. If there was 0 stars he would of got that

Went to view my bike after I was knocked off it, police took it to them, was not allowed to take pictures of it even though it's mine & had a guy looking over me at all times, talk about feeling uncomfortable, first time there & hopefully the last.

Brilliant service from Gareth when recovering me and my vehicle following a shunt in the snow. Arrived really quickly, helped me far more than the insurance company did - especially in finding the only taxi who seemed to be working in the Borders on a Sunday! I hope you don't have to use them but if you do, you're in safe hands!

Van had an issue which led to me calling my insurance. Euroroute were the recovery agent. The driver, Nathan got the van out of a difficult position and got the van on the truck despite the inability to start. Also, my wallet fell out, and was found by him in the footwell, returned this to me personally. Good service all round

What absolutely fantastic service!! We were stranded for eight hours courtesy of the RAC until the lovely man from euroroute arrived. He could not have been more helpful and sorted out not only the car but us as well. He helped us find a hotel and even dropped us off at it. He assured us that they could have our car fixed by the next day and indeed they did. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Have had to use twice this year via my breakdown insurance and the service has been excellent.On both occasions they arrived promptly as indicated and the same engineer attended, Tony. He is a true professional, knows his job and works quickly and efficiently. He is very easy to talk with and understands those people like me who are ignoramuses on cars so explains what he is doing and the cause of the problems. Both problems were solved and I felt fully reassured by his workmanship.Definitely recommend this company.Services: Battery

We had a puncture on a Scottish Borders back road near Denholm. The young chap that came realized that a repair at the side of the road was not possible and recovered us and the car to Kwik Fit in Galashiels who furnished us with a new tyre. The young chap is a credit to Euroroute Recovery. He is very friendly and put my mind at ease. I knew we and my car were in safe hands.Service: Tires

Great service received today from these guys. Main dealer couldn?t help me for 7 days but these guys assisted in 7 mins. Very helpful.
