Went in because I had lost my wallet just to inform the bank and ask for some advice. Young lady i spoke with could not have been nicer or more reassuring. 1st class.

Bad customer service and very rude customers, not helpful at all. Went to deposit money as I had coins, see the staff were very unhappy and told me We ran out of plastic bags
