I've used Touch Ups for a number of years and they always do a great job. Considering whenever you're getting car bodywork repaired, it's usually the result of stressful incident, these guys always manage to erase the damage with fantastic workmanship and for a fair price. I can't recommend them highly enough.

5 star review , had my VW Golf in for repair, workmanship is superb. They were very clear about the process from start to finish, they even came to collect my car. I had a few warning lights on after collection, they took the car in straight away to sort. These guys bend over backwards to help. The paintwork is perfect and the colour matches perfect. Highly recommended. Thanks again!!

Cannot commend this firm highly enough. Have used them before and the workmanship of repairs is perfection. My car came back as good as new. Service is prompt and efficient and prices competitive. The staff are courteous and helpful, from the reception staff to the guys who collected and returned my vehicle ( Billy and Willie) . The owner, William, is a true gentleman. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

After waiting 3 weeks for a date to bring my car in for repairs I called and questioned this to be told to bring it in the following week which I did. The car was in the shop for a further 3 weeks with zero contact from the garage, I called on 3 occasions during week 4 of it being in to be told 3 different ideas of what stage of repair my car was at. I eventually collected it to find the rear valance had been hacked with what I can only assume was a soup spoon. Now after having the car back a few weeks I go to insert the removable tow hook and find it doesn?t fit either! An amazing job to top off the excellent communication! I would not recommend this company to anyone as they took 2 months to replace a bumper and towbar?.badly! Also it?s great to see they?re taking all feedback on board and not just responding to the good reviews on here ? awful way to run a business. Time wastersService: Body & Trim

I Have used Touch Ups over the years for repairs to vans cars etc,the most recent was my Daughters Mini Cooper S which was purchased from a well known national car sales giant. There was a bad repair to the rear quarter panel which was also a bad colour match, I dropped the car off to the Touch Ups team on the Monday and picked it up 9.00am on Wednesday morning, the repair had been done and was impeccable, you wouldn't know it had been there and they had blended the paint colour to the side of the car, a great well done to the team at Touch Ups

Had a nightmare with insurance company and other garages, found touch ups and what a difference to all the others we had dealt with, service was amazing, work was to an amazingly high standard and prices were extremely competitive. Staff kept my informed every step of the way. Will never use another garage and definitely recommend. Thanks again everyone for helping sort my car out

Terrible experience, very poor/ non existent customer service, extremely lengthy turnaround! Car was collected at the end of April, during the transport from my home to their premises I received multiple collision alerts on my phone - I called the driver who joked that ?this was just because the car was bouncing around on the back of the truck?! I?m not fully convinced that my car wasn?t damaged during this process. Touch ups then kept my car for over 6 weeks whilst apparently waiting on a part? the manufacturer badge! According to the manufacturer app on my phone, my car was locked and left from the end of April until the beginning of June! Throughout this, zero contact. Yesterday I was advised (by WhatsApp message) that the repair had been completed and my car would be returned to me this afternoon. It is 9.00pm and still no car and of course no contact!Unfortunately this is not the first time that I have had the displeasure of dealing with this company (through an AMC). The last time (Feb 22) relating to a small scrape / dent in my bumper / wheel arch, Touch ups kept my car for over 2 months? another apparent delay around a part- the outside temperature sensor!Coincidentally, two colleagues have been referred via the same AMC (who I have reported the issues to) - based on the above both are refusing to take their vehicles to this repairer.I would not recommend this companyService: Body & Trim
