A great visit today - what started as just a trip into the Shawfield store for a gander turned into such an informative and engaging experience. Darren went out of his way to help us narrow down what we were looking for. Along with his colleague Craig they also helped us talk through our full home refurb project to see what would work best for us. Both guys giving invaluable advice and information for follow up support. Cheers guys!

Awful service, terrible experience from a guy at the store at shawfield. Agreed to keep the tiles at the first floor, and collected money, but the delivery guys don't take it up the stairs. And while calling them to check, does not even comes to the phone.

After reviewing products on their website, we went to get floor tiles for our kitchen. Sean ( Deputy Manager) was extremely welcoming and helpful. He gave us sound advice re: various available options. V pleased with the service we received. Highly recommended. ????
