Would give 0 starts if I could. The manager who works at Rutherglen MacDonalds sat night (9pm) is so rude. They missed an item from my order. Luckily I checked bag before leaving. Had to join such busy drive through queue again! I came across 3 different staff before recollecting the order and not even one apologised for the inconvenience I had to face. Spoke to the manager who showed me cheeks. To make things even worse they missed a sauce from the order which you should get anyways. So I had to go back and get the sauce. When I was leaving I heard Manager shouting ?Oh I can?t deal with this?. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

This is my local McDonald?s and it?s the worst one I?ve been to. I have ordered from here several times now in the hopes that it will be ok just to be let down. There is always items missing. I don?t know how they can mess up so much. I?ve had full meals missing from the bags. Last night they missed out a whole share box. I Would recommend going to the one at the forge instead.

Really poor service. We used the drive thru as it was a wet and windy night. Ordered some food and a happy meal with a McFlurry. Advised the type of McFlurry was not available and had a conversation with assistant about what they had and placed the order. Went to collect the food to be told there was no McFlurry as we hadn't paid for one. We explained the long conversation about how we placed the order. Solution offered was to go round and join the que and order another McFlurry. Needless to say my wife was fuming and we dove home. Terrible attitude and really poor customer care/service.
Kid-friendliness: Not Child friendly as our grandson didn't get his order.

Very clean restaurant. Staff always friendly and efficient. Customised order always accurate. I love the appearance/design of the building too
