Was a great pharmacy ,Staff are all really busy but the women behind the counter was very rude and would not let me speak when I tried to tell her what surgery doctors advised and she got on defensive and said you tell the doctor that is not a walk in for a practitioner and we never have been walk in . then as I walked out she said something to another customer and didn?t deny what she said either , very rude and unprofessional and just wanted to talk instead of listening , she didn?t even let me ask if there was any appointments available as she was to busy being defensive instead of trying to help , she was not the pharmacist and don?t even think a dispenser

My wife had surgery for cancer three years ago. She still needs a fair amount of medication. She is allergic to lactose that is in many medications.
The pharmacist at McLean's has been brilliant, searching for lactose free medication, liaising with the GP and specialist nurses to find the best possible medication for my wife.
All the staff are really great and their caring attitude has made the past three years a far easier time than it would have been without their help.
