The manager Martin and Joe were extremely helpful. They listened to my request, were fully engaged and professional. There was no hassle and I was pleased with the results, plus reasonable price and pointers. Also I noticed they gave the same level of support to other customers who stopped by, and called on the phone. Full marks, definitely recommend. Cheers

Took my car to Kwik Fit Rutherglen for a 4-wheel alignment. No booking needed, I was seen within 20 minutes, which was great. But that?s where the positives ended.
The two ?technician? lassies told me the rear toe control arm bolts were seized, and that it?s a ?common issue? on these cars. I was advised to replace the arms before they could do the alignment.
Funny thing is, the car?s only done 50,000 miles, and the suspension isn?t rusted or worn. Just a bit of surface corrosion nothing that should prevent an alignment.
I wasn?t convinced, so I took the car to another Kwik Fit branch a few days later. Nice chap aligned it with zero issues in under 30 minutes no mention of seized bolts, no drama, just got it done.
So either the team at Rutherglen couldn?t be bothered, or they didn?t have the experience to do the job properly. Either way, it was a complete waste of my time. The two lassies should stay away from anything but a puncture kit.

Thanks very much to a brilliant Kwik Fit team. The team were most helpful, I was given a loan of a wheel long bar to help get my wheel with burst tyre off my car that broken down about 300 metres from Kwik Fit. This assistance allowed me to fit a spare wheel on, so I could drive my car to Kwik Fit to get my tyres inspected. From checks done 2 new front tyres were recommended for change, which I went ahead with. Job was done the same day I dropped my car off.
Price I thought was reasonable and I am delighted with the work done and customer experience.
I highly recommend Kwik Fit in Rutherglen.

Testing carried out swiftly and efficiently. Repairs also carried out swiftly enabling a Pass result. I have used this garage on multiple occasions and have always felt the staff have you as their priority.

Staff friendly but the thing was took dad's car for a mot motability car so 5 minutes later guy returns and tells Mr that can't do a mot because there's TOO MUCH OIL in it. Yup as it won't give a good diagnostic reading. No they then said I'd need to take car get a service then make another appointment. RAC done the oil for my dad ridiculous so no I'd choose a different branch.
