I really can't praise them highly enough.From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was a nice, honest, extremely knowledgeable person, and, best of all, totally professional.He left us alone to browse after telling us (my friend was with me) he'd be happy to help us with advice I might need and to answer all my questions. True to his word, when called over he answered my numerous & usually idiotic questions, doing so with expertise, honesty & a smile.He gave us a great deal. For the same price, I got far higher quality Vinyl Flooring then I got from the last company I'd dealt with.When he heard that I'd been left high & dry by another company (yeah Spruce Carpets of Govan, I am talking about you) he even expedited my Fitting date.The Fitting is PERFECT. The guy did it very professionally, and we had a wee laugh along the way.The product looked great quality in the shop and looks even better now that it's down.Thank you for turning a stressful time into something positive.NOTE: I waited 10 days before adding this Review due to a bad experience with another company (see above). I wanted to make sure that everything didn't go t*ts-up a few days after the job was over.Needless to say it didn't go t*ts-up and everything was, and is, absolutely PERFECT.”
