Met with Alan who carried out my safety check. He was the most knowledgable technician who advised me on the best ways to improve my performance with some basic ?tweaks? to my set up. Since my visit I have improved my technique and his suggestions have enhanced my cycling experience.

My car lightbulbs were replaced by Stuart and he was excellent! The old bulbs really did not want to budge but after some hard graft from Stuart he had my car fixed up. He was super friendly and approachable. It was great customer service! Thank you again.

During a recent visit to the Rutherglen store, I was assisted by Stuart who went above and beyond, providing an excellent service in fitting my new wiper blades. Not only did he promptly fit the new wipers, he also talked me through it as he was doing it, which I found particularly helpful. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help made the experience exceptionally positive. It's interactions like these that reinforce trust in Halfords' commitment to customer service.

Went here for roof bars and advised the store colleague that they were for a tent box
Asked me for a my car registration and said the particular roof bars were compatible with my vehicle fitted them to my vehicle which then ripped my roof rail off Halfords denied any transaction occurred(just as well I kept the receipt)returned to the store for a full refund without any hassle but now Halfords are denying liability for their inept staff selling me the incorrect roof bars
I?d highly recommend NOT shopping here or contacting customer service as they?re an absolute joke of a service yet on a previous email I was advised to send in photos of the damage then another claims advisor twists it all and says it?s my fault for buying them you go to these places for help yet get the wrong service

I would give no stars if I could, needed to change my service. Phoned up to change the date and was told to just cancel and rebook. Now I am £40 out of pocket because thought I would wait for refund before rebooting.

I'm sorry I can't remember their names but both the young man on the till and the other man who fitted my wiper blade were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The man who fitted my wiper blade was friendly, chatty and showed me the specific fitting of the 2 in the box that I should use and how to fit it properly to ensure it being secure and gave me some general wiper use advice. Thank you

Giving two stars due to friendly staff. Although the place is very unorganised. I arrived 4 weeks in a row to get a valve fixed (I only have one day free) to be told they?d either ordered the wrong part or didn?t have me booked in, weeks of constantly blowing up my tire and worrying if it burst. When it finally got done they used the wrong part and the same thing was happening, by this time my tyre pressure light was on permanently and has never been fixed by halford dispite requests as if they?d just fixed it normally on the first week, it wouldn?t be on. When they finally did fix it with the correct part they used the wrong thing to put the tyre back on my car and apparently it was only on with 3 bolts instead of 4, which I feel is dangerous, I have two nursery aged kids safety is my main concern. When i came back on the day we had agreed for them to fix it they never had me booked in again, by this time i was getting sick of it, my skid lights were constantly on, tyre pressure light on permanently. Now they have fixed their mistake. However my tyre pressure light is still on, and skid lights constantly coming on like my car is vibrating. They?ve left my car worse than it was when I first brought it in unfortunately. Although I have given two stars as the management team are friendly, were constantly apologetic and they helped me when my car needed oil. Safe to say though I won?t be back and I won?t be recommending to anyone. Absolute nightmare

Replacing a worn out dash cam. The assistant was excellent testing the old camera and sd card to make sure it was faulty before I purchased a new dash cam. No pushing for a sale just good knowledge service
