Unfortunately I had a very poor experience and won't be back. Came in with a prescription and was told it will be 10 minutes. No problems there, was happy to wait. 20 minutes later I asked for an update. The woman went round the back to check and there seemed to be some confusion as if they had forgot. Another 5 minutes later the same woman came out with my prescription and said absolutely nothing. Not even a courteous "Sorry for the wait" Nothing. It's the small things like these that matter.

Staff are so pleasant and always very helpful. When my sister from abroad took a chest infection, Alistair was great and prescribed anti bionics.

Excellent service, great advice and very efficient.I was seen privately in a consultation room andwas really impressed. I was actually unaware that this level of service was available.So much easier and quicker than trying to get an appointment at the doctors.Within 10 minutes I was prescribed some over the counter medicine, to try and help me with my symptoms.(I was told, and totally appreciate that Antibiotics are always a last resort, but it?s also very comforting to know that pharmacists can now prescribe these - if others remedies don?t help)
