I wonder if this shop ever has a look at their items and their prices! It’s shocking way too overpriced for very dirty items in shocking condition. Very disorganised . Sense of Scotland and cats protection are doing so much better. You need to review your strategy

Staff have no idea of customer service , prices are ridiculously expensive worn out clothes and trainers for £11 /£12!! Primark top proper worn out for 4/£5! I understand it’s living crisis for all but it’s a charity shop that should be affordable and reasonable for old clothes.
