I use this branch often, not that I want to it's just my nearest branch, there is one lady in particular that is so cheeky to every one, she struts around as though she owns the bank, I don't know how she is still there! She gave me so much cheek on one occasion just because I wanted to cash utility cheques she refused to cash them, I went to another branch and they cashed them no problem,if my own branch wasn't so far away I wouldn't go near Rutherglens branch.

Ok when you can get in. Was showing as open last Wednesday on Google and was actually closed. Then followed Google Maps to a branch in Tradeston that no longer exists. Raise your game BOS.

How was Bank of Scotland is a difficult question to answer. In which respect are we talking? It's a bank,? service is good some staff members are more polite than others that's it. In respect of how they conduct their business. The current bank of England rate is around 5%. They swiftly write to you with warnings of mortgage and credit card rate increases but selfishly only offer 1.65% savings rate on an account with a decent sum of money in it. Then dangle a higher rate if you agree to tie up your money for years.At age 71 not an attractive proposition for me anymore. Been there, done it for decades as a loyal customer but honestly don't have the time anymore but its all about them and their excessive profits isn't it?They think us nieve.?

Bruce I see your comment is 2 Yrs old. After a few different visits lately I've found not much has changed since your comment. I only wanted a few old DD's stopped but was told with a SMIRK get intouch with the company I pay the DD's to. I ended up getting them cancelled on the phone to a descent guy who was very professional in his job and position. Lol if you can, go in early as possible they don't have much time for you after their morning shift. ?

Went there three time to remove dormancy from my account. Different excuses every time. Then I went to another branch same day and they done it straight away. You can imagine their professionalism, cannot do simple thing or don't want to do that. But thanks to other branch they have done that.
