Just driven away with my lovely new VW T-cross. Jack Kinghorn my sales advisor was amazing from start to finish. Of course I only went to have a look around but we all know that never happens. The first car I thought I?d reserved was unfortunately sold while I was completing documents at home. Jack immediately called me and couldn?t apologise enough for what had happened. He promised me he would find something similar if not better and he definitely did that. He kept me up to date on a daily basis as to what was happening and 1 week later I?m the proud owner of a lovely new car. Thank you Jack for everything you did to help me get the car I wanted. You are an absolute star ?

Wanted to organise a motability car for my sister, went in knowing roughly what we wanted. Our consultant was Deborah, she was brilliant! Walked us through the whole process in the space of an hour - left with no questions. Received the car two weeks later and it was gleaming. Only complaint we never got the air con bomb :(

Me and my wife picked up our new car yesterday. I must say the service was absolutely amazing from the initial phone call with the sales manager Robbie to Handover the team kept us up to date and well informed being a car sales man myself for one of the largest dealers in the UK I felt at ease in the hands of Robbie and Thomas and appreciated the absolute masterclass service they provided us.
