“Excellent wee place. Highly recommended.Too many complainers on the island, who do not appreciate that Co-op actively help small communities. Not only by being here in the first place, when most major supermarkets are uninterested in small communities, where stocking the shelves every week and judging sales is a nightmare. Let alone getting deliveries with ferries off due to technical faults or bad weather. They also give funding to many locally run charities and helpful organisations as well as regularly donating food to the food bank. Take a look at many small, remote communities in Scotland and the only supermarket you will find there will be a Co-op. We are blessed to have a big Co and a wee Co on this island. I for one am grateful for them both.”
