Awful service. Text you to say your orders ready (after a week or so) and you collect it but it's wrong or items missing. Hopeless!

very bad service. I had a bladder infection they didn't help me. I had to call 111 luckily I got antibiotics in the hospital. The doctor who works there is very bad and didn't know exactly what was wrong with me. I told him what I suspected he said it wasn't that. Do people really have to suffer like that?

My partner gets nomads from this pharmacy every week. But at the moment has had to leave the area for a short time which has been explained to her doctor. So instead of getting one nomad per week he has authorised 3 nomads every 3 weeks. Everytime I go to Rosyth pharmacy to collect I get attitude and told she's only getting 1 nomad. Surely if the doctor has authorised this they cannot hold it back and refuse to give her 3 nomads. Her tablets are for her mental health so she can't do without these. I'm not happy at all at the service I receive.

Computers never working. Medication now rakes weeks to arrive. Different staff every time I go in and rarely have what you need in stock so you end up waiting days for meds you were meant to start immediately.

Wow, slowest pharmacy in Scotland. You walk in and get looked at like you are inconveniencing the staff. No one man?s the counter they will come serve you when the can be bothered to. Waited 20 mins just to be spoken to last time I was in.

It saddens me to write this review as some of the staff who work there are lovely.The service seems it have gone downhill, with so many errors and extremely disappointing service.The pharmacy seems to be short staffed. They close for an hour at lunch time. It takes more than 10 working days from the time the meds are ordered online from the surgery to when they can be collected! 20mins wait time is ridiculously long for prescription meds including pre-ordered ones!Some pharmacists were extremely rude when dealing with customers! Customer service training is needed!There is obviously staff shortage, so why is management taking on more patients?!The opening hours on Google have not been updated for months. It is closed for an hour at lunch time, and although staff are in, they do not pick up phone calls and there is no voice message to inform customers of the opening times. Very unprofessional!

Where do I even start, the place has went downhill. A complete unorganised mess of prescriptions everywhere, it's no wonder they can never find them. The counter staff are very rude and quick to point the finger at someone else if there is a problem with your prescription and if you dare to try and complain, they get very defensive. As convenient as the pharmacy is, I'd rather go to a more informative and organised pharmacy with a more friendly service.

I have always had a great service from front staff and leading pharmacist , started taking my prescriptions here instead of the well pharmacy much better service all round,it's been a hard time for the guys during this time so thanks for all you have done.

Service been going downhill,never admit when they are wrong,some staff have an attitude, seem incompetent on a regular basis,on a plus note at least they answer the phone so they can then be rude to you.Been using for 25 years ish ,wont be from now on.

The service here is getting worse its not the friendly chemist it used to be.Really disappointed they get prescriptions wrong all the time it's not the doctors.
