Just be on the alert those of you who get prescriptions and dossett boxes. I got a phone call today from someone who said they were Wells pharmacy saying my meds would be delivered tomorrow.They knew my dosset box was delivered today and that I got other things, they asked for myDebit card number and end date and I gave them the end date when it dawned on me. Why would they need my card number and I refused.I checked with the chemist and it was an attempted scam. Do not give your number to anyoneI have never heard of this before.I am so glad I am with Wells,they are helpful and friendly and give you good advice. , they will do everything to stop these crooks

Just had operation and had to go get my prescription made,I felt really unwell and asked if I could sit whilst waiting on meds,I told her I feel unwell but I was told no they don't allow that,I know there are rules but this really upset me,had to go round the corner to Rollens who were extremely helpful

I recently visited Well Pharmacy Renfrew with a prescription. I was informed the wait would be 20 to 30 minutes and I said I would wait for it as I'd struggled to get there and wouldn't be able to make a return visit. I asked if I could sit on one of the chairs they have turned facing away so no one could access. I was told by the Pharmacist no as they are not allowing customers to wait in the shop and was handed my prescription back to take to another pharmacy. Even during lockdown they were allowing 2 to 3 customers at a time in the shop. Appalling attitude and customer service with no consideration to the pain I was in.

I have used this pharmacy for over 2 years after being diagnosed with a neurological disorder and have changed my tablets several times. In the past my prescriptions have been sent directly from my doctors at the beginning of the week and they were ready at the end of the week which was ok as I made sure I ordered them in time. I have had a couple of times when I needed my medicine urgently and it was hit or miss if I got them. I had an urgent prescription put in on Friday that was supposed to be ready Saturday but I forgot to collect. I remembered my prescription today and got to the chemist but the door was locked as it was 5:31. I explained I had no tablets left and was told I was to late. I said the meds were supposed to be ready on Saturday but was told they weren?t and would have to go back in the morning. I asked for my prescription back as I needed them but was told they couldn?t do that. To say I?m dissatisfied with their service and attitude towards customers is an understatement. Will be taking my business elsewhere in future ????

Took in prescription today and advised it will take 15minutes. Returned 40minutes later to collect it and it wasn't ready. Could understand if it was busy but the staff were chatting away amongst themselves and had to ask if it was ready then got told it needs a check by the pharmacist. When I received my prescription there were errors which I advised them. Would not recommend this pharmacy

Awful staff. Yesterday I was given a half-empty opened bottle for my prescription, with no leaflet or outside packaging. This morning I went to return it and to ask for an unopened full botlle. The chemist, Ms Nusrat Iqbal, tried to convince me that it was normal for a chemist to give opened half-full prescription bottles and that they were allowed to do it. As I did not believe it, I said I wanted my prescription back to go to another chemist. Ms Iqbal refused. I can not believe it that first they tried to cheat me and then I was robbed of my own prescription. Today it is Saturday and I have been left for days with a prescription that they know that I need. Uncaring, unhelpful staff, just what we need in these times.Now I understand why there is allways a queue in the other chemistry round the corner.

Dreadful pharmacist !! Took my prescription for fluoxetine at 5.15pm was told to come back tomorrow it would take half hour to make ??? Didn't have today's dose so had to walk 20mims to boots who did my prescription in 5 mims. Won't be using well pharmacy again !!!!

My elderly mother struggle to chemist for a prescription that should assumed was being prepared as a monthly repeat. Given that she has acute breathing problems which was evident she was sent back to the doctors. The prescription was there prepared and returned to chemist. When asked about their delivery service for future they can no help her this is poor customer service as it is clearly evident that she struggles to get there. I unfortunately do not stay local and have a full time job so not always easy to get the prescription .All they said was boots now charge for delivery.

I had to change to Well from another chemist who were too busy, I often had to wait more than two days for urgent items.I am glad I dud as Well are friendly and efficient

Absolute disgrace of a pharmacy - the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. One woman in particular with blonde hair who has worked there a long time, is very very patronising and I have heard her pulling up a member of shop staff in front of EVERYONE in the shop before - this was quite a while ago but the poor girl looked like a relatively new face and she was so embarrassed. I?m guessing this made the blonde woman feel like a big woman somehow?Poor shop staff doing most of the graft jobs yet probably get paid the least... utterly disgraceful and ought to be ashamed of how they speak to their lower down counter staff - I also don?t believe that they train them very well - which totally isn?t their faults but I hear them being reprimanded in front of a shop full of people - making people feel small is something that blonde woman seems to be good at as I?ve caught her at a few times when I?ve been in.... DISGRACE !! SHE SHOULD BE SACKED
