Really disappointed with the service and attitude of staff. Husband had bough me gift for my birthday and decided to get other one in trilogy. Racheal who served us did not find correct book on system and when I said no that was the wrong one she took exception and asked me if i intended being rude to her! Never experienced reaction like this from a young girl to customers!! Was so taken aback we left without ordering book which my husband had already purchased gift card for. Time for some staff training and a little respect to be shown to customers!

I only made a very brief visit to this branch to collect an order. The staff are helpful, if seemingly a little serious. I didn't browse. I just paid for my book and left.This branch is on the first (upper) floor near to the centre of the mall and on the left as you enter from the car park via the upper floor central doors.
