Lovely wee shop and lovely staff. I reccomend paying a visit! Lots of variety in clothing ranges for very reasonable prices. I love going in to have a nosy and seeing if i can find any bargains, and having a wee chat with the volunteers. The place is well run and generally clean and tidy, and always have some wee gems from the 80s playing on their radio. Everyone is really friendly and helpful so if you're in the area, you should definitely pop in to say hi!

I doubt reviews are genuine. I went today for the first time reading positive reviews but the staff are rude and loud. Never going here again and stuff is not that good as per my review.

Absolutely love coming here. we're here on average once a week and always leave with LOADS. Went to the Sally Salvage for the first time today and scored a couch set - couldn't be happier! store is massive and split into 2 sections- one for furniture and one for clothes so easy to find things

I was made to feel very awkward, upset and extremely embarrassed by ONE member of staff in the Renfrew Charity Shop, in front of lots of other customers, so that shop has lost a very valueable customer as l will never go back in there because of they way l was treated by that nasty woman. IF she is the Manager(ess) she should be chased! The rest of the staff were all very pleasant and friendly ladies, particularly the most elderly looking lady, as she was happily singing away to the music/radio that was playing in the shop. However, the heavy/dumpy woman with dyed blonde, bobbed hair, was unfriendly, grumpy and extremely rude. She had absolutely no customer service skills OR manners! and a very bad and unfortunate attitude. ? I will never return to that shop because of how horribly she treated me! and l have always spent a lot of money in there, so the charity will now lose out just because of her!!!! ?

Great wee charity store in Renfrew, often has surprise sales and offers. Good loyalty scheme where you get a stamp for spending above a certain amount, and a stamp for donating items to the store.However, loses a star as they didn't let me get a stamp on my loyalty card after donating boxes of goods because they "weren't in a salvation army bag".

Went in and was shouted for touching stuff that was not sign posted or hidden , the items were in ?quarantine? even though they are at the front door where every customer walks past , was then asked to wash my hands sarcastically and then told they weren?t joking ! Not usually one to complain but not only embarrassed considering it was infront of the whole shop but also annoyed that they are shouting at young girls as my sister was with me also , don?t think I?ll be back unfortunately
