I don't recommend this chemist it's a joke they don't know what they're doing the time you have to wait is disgusting and they say they will text you when it's ready but they don't and when you try to phone them they have the phone off the hook never had this trouble when it was the old chemist something has got to be done I've given 1 star as I can't give nothing please look into this

I was in this shop on 28th of Feb and had to wait for ten minutes then i whent in on Friday 7 March well this man was waiting for 25 minutes i was waiting for minutes i had to leave because i have serious lower back problems my hips as well that is why left i was in pain there is no need for this

Polite and hard working team .it's a really busy place I wait until they text me for my prescription and is always there when I go to fetch . No issues if you follow the way of the pharmacy's protocol

really had very bad experience..my newborn baby's vaccination was tomorrow and i went there with red book and ask for paracetamol ,the three ladies was there ,she said your baby is not registered with gp yet nd i went to gp again they give me a letter for medication,then i showed them ,they didn't give me paracetamol..i told them its her vaccination tomorrow..thats really bad..after that i went to well pharmacy,one kind man there and he gave me paracetamol for my baby ,accepted red book..the gentleman said i will give another one because its very important..he knows but the ladies don't i think.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. I gave the prescription - and then day after day I was deceived that the medicine will be ordered and should be available the next day. A week after leaving the prescription, I still had not received anything and had to obtain a new prescription - with which I went to Boots pharmacy - and received the medicine within 10 minutes. Absolute shame - the employees of this pharmacy behave as if it was fast food - absolute incompetence and lack of imagination. Medicines are not candy - how can you leave a sick person for a week without medicine?

Just not a good experience anymore. If the world operated like this pharmacy does the human race would be finished.
Terrible service, verging on incompetent.
Went downhill after it was bought by different owners. Seems like they only care about money and not customers.
Well round the corner is night and day better.

Sick of standing waiting on staff having to hunt for prescriptions. Waited for over 10 minutes to hand in prescriptions on friday. Told it would be half and hour. No problem with that. Not all prescriptions available and after 45 minutes got some. Was asked to come back later in day for item they had ordered. Returned at 4pm and told it would be in after 2pm Saturday or available Monday first thing. Went in at 2pm Monday. Still not made up and pharmacist on their break. Have been asked to return again later. It's just as well I have a bus pass as it would cost a fortune getting to and from chemist's. This is a recurring problem with staff hunting for prescriptions. They are pleasant people but must be as frustrated with lack of organisation and lack of space as customers are.

If you look younger and are male bring id to pick up a prescription. It?s not legally required but apparently the new pharmacist likes to make ?sure ? anyone who wears a tracksuit is who they say they are.

Excellent service, was told by several pharmacies that I was unable to get a prescription filled due to GSK not making the medicine anymore, but guys at Rowlands managed to source it from a different supplier and were very helpful......thank you
