Went this afternoon to pick up my duvet, i got there at 16.04pm, and the shutters were down, it clearly states they close at 5pm, this isn?t the first time this has happened, I think they think nobody has to work, a couple of years ago the owner accused me of not picking up my duvet, and every time I went they were closed, I think I will use the other dry cleaner round the corner from now on, and the staff member I dealt with could barely speak English,

Just picked up a jacket and coat from here, got home to find a leather patch where the toggles are absolutely destroyed, looks as if it?s melted, this was not pointed out to me when I picked it up, saw this when I got home.!! When I took the coat in to point out the damage was told it must be a fault in the coat or wear and tear, not their fault and all they could do was give me a letter for the maker, ?Jasper Conran?. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted that instead of a nice clean coat, I have one that?s unwearable.! Even if it wasn?t the dry cleaning at fault, surely someone could have at least have put a note on the item to say it had been damaged. Now I need to find someone who can repair the coat or put it in the bin. After paying £18 for cleaning.!
