ALL the staff members are absolutely brilliant , I?m in nearly every day and have never had bad service , they are always polite and friendly and deserve 5 stars for the service alone . No complaints about the food either

Would be decent if they managed to have sausage rolls ready during lunchtime.
That's the 3rd lunchtime in the space of 2 weeks that I've been in with a long wait for sausage rolls because they've just been put into the oven.
A bit of forward planning might help

Got a nice blue white board pen when I got a delivery (sarcasm) I ordered food and got a blue white board pen, not amused, cold food, opened food, bashed in, certainly not ordering from greggs again, absolutely disgusting..., you are better off going there so you can 'watch what they are doing', never had a problem until recently a few weeks ago, missing food, drinks now this??, will just go in next time and order food

My daughter loves the chicken bake from here I like the chicken mayo roll lucky to get hold of one sometimes but usually good service most of the time the bakes are hot but sometime they are pretty cold I'm guessing heating them up out of question now to save money?as a store in coatbridge was doing it when opened now it has stopped.

There used to be a time when they said,'it had just a bit of heat in it' or 'it's just warm'. They don't even bother with that now. They just give you it cold and expect you to be fine with it. The best example of Britain's acceptance of mediocrity.

A clean shop with the usual high quality goods you associate with Greggs such as the sausage rolls, cakes etc. It's just a pity they only have a small number of seats but they don't have a lot of room to be fair.
