Young men bar staff poor service .After meal table never cleared warm guiness served out can .room dated poor lighting almost candle light.kettle handed broken almost scalded.Scruffy torn chair's. Very unclean carpet room 228.breakfast and staff great wouldn't stop again.over priced definitely 2/3*tops this place..receptions staff very helpful and polite.

Breakfast was great. Rooms and bathrooms are tatty and need updating. Do NOT stay Saturday night as they have party nights and loud music until 1am. Considering what I paid for family room for 1 adult and 1 child it was over priced.

Good hotel, quite a maze when inside I nearly got lost a few times.Room very comfy only fault was airlock in pipes as they really spluttered when in use, and we had a constant hum of a fan or machine outside. Luckily I was super tired so managed to sleep through it.Service was great and the spa facilities was spot on!Great we could bring a pooch as well!Would stay again

TV not working. Internet sporadic at best. View from window was a wall about 12ft away with no way of seeing over or around it. Accessible room requested and no steps to room, BUT shower over bath so unable to use. Wedding celebration at the hotel with the loud music travelling into the room until the wee hours.Easy to get to the hotel from the airport.Good gym, sauna and pool.Very attentive bar staff.Very knowledgeable gym/pool staff.Rooms: No TV signalWiFi sporadicView was a wall 12 feet in front of the window.Clean and had a great sleep once the loud music from the wedding quieted.Noteworthy details: Great staff and easily reachable by bus or taxi from the airport.

I'm currently writing this review at 12am in my Glynhill room instead of sleeping, because they've been hosting a DJ set on the ground floor since 10pm and I can physically feel the bass while lying in bed. Staff informed me they expected it to end at 1am and had apparently requested several times for the music to be turned down, but seemingly to no avail. The staff was lovely and the service was otherwise great during the day, but providing a place to sleep and rest is the most basic function of a hotel, and whatever management approved 3 hours of Sweet Caroline and Come On Eileen being played through subwoofers into the wee hours of the night should be condemned to the deepest and coldest trenches of Tartarus.Update: Just learned this was not a one-off event, they do this EVERY WEEK. Do not stay here on a Saturday night, for the love of God.

We only visited to see the function suite for a wedding. Really large room and the layout was good to accommodate over a 100 guest's. The manager was so friendly and provided loads of information. Interior of the hotel was clean and tidy. Worth a visit.
