If I'm paying premium prices for burgers I expect at least a clean restaurant to eat it in, needless to say this place is a mess grubby tables, food on floor, drink stations soaking, over flowing bins, staff need training on keeping standards high, at least the competition have clean restaurants.

Just had my first 5 guys, normal burger and small chips. The burger was just a bun and patty. No tomato, no pickle, no onion, no ketchup, no nothing ? Bit of a joke

Quick preparation and tasted nice. Both coke machines were working and bathrooms were nice. They don't sell coffee but they allow people to buy coffee nearby and drink it with their meal. Lots of seating.

Very good burger ,milkshake was brilliant. Very fresh tasting well cooked. Only the price but you get what you pay for.

Everything you expect from a Five Guys, great burger, great milkshakes, great service and a great atmosphere and unlike China Buffet King upstairs, the toilet walls are not covered in human fecal matter.

The food is good. Expensive, so I wouldn't say it is good value for money given it is still just burger and fries eaten out of a paper bag.

They do good burgers, loads of fries, and a good milk shake. For a change I thought that I'd try a grilled cheese sandwich--expecting an American classic: American-style processed cheese between two slices of thick white bread grilled crispy brown, with dill pickle "spears". Fives Guys's version was DREADFUL, absolutely abominable with burger buns instead of regular bread.
