I went to Decathlon on Saturday 23rd August as I had a problem with a tent I bought 6 years ago, the one part of the pole had shattered and I spoke to a very nice guy called Malcolm who helped me by doing a repair for me, this might sound like much but Malcolm was so nice and welcoming and nothing seemed to be any bother, the man is a credit to your company and your shop at Braehead, so if you could thank him again from me I would really appreciate it.
