Came home from a long day at work to order a kebab. they send a pizza extra cheese and didn?t give me the kebab? they said they didn?t mean it and the shops shutting so im out of luck. disgrace of a place

Got a delivery from this place last night food was ok, delivery time was ok!!!
My problem was when the delivery driver came he had no change bearing in mind this was back of 6 so he ended up with a £5 tip for a pizza!!!! When I called the shop they weren?t too interested so going to avoid this place from now on things are expensive enough without getting the piss getting taken disappointed!!!

I go here almost daily and the food is second to none. I always get garlic mayo with my orders and they rarely charge me for it. They know my order habits and they always look after me. 10/10 from Mr McGregor (they will Know me :)).)

Absolute shambles of a place. Ordered on just eat last week and they sent 3 completely wrong things but 2 we didn?t care about because we just ate them but one was a kebab smothered with sauce and salad which we asked for none so I phoned the guy was so defensive and rude, easy mistake to be honest it was his attitude. I drove round and paid for another kebab cause he wouldn?t fix the mistake THEY made. Wasn?t that fussed about it so phoned tonight so that I could physically say what I wanted so it couldn?t be misconstrued, they yet again sent 2 thing?s completely wrong and he even read the order back to me when I ordered it hahah can?t make it up! Phone them, again the guy was rude cheeky and defensive saying ?I took your order I think I know what you asked for?, nah mate I paid £35 why would I ask for something I canny eat loool. Guy thinks he?s the bouncer of kebab meat.

Ordered a Donner nan hoggie and chasni sauce.Bread and chips were cold. The very little meat that we did have was dry and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Only saving grace was the chasni sauce.Overall a very poor experience. First time I had been in a long time and definitely won't be back, not worth the money

Seems to be a habit to send out undercooked food. Called last time it happened and he was so rude about their failure to cook the food despite me being extremely understanding, they offered a new meal but I was out off.This time the chips are raw with a little heat and melted cheese on top of it. Ive not bothered phoning because I dont plan on using them ever again.

Shocking customer service phoned to complain about a mixup when using the just eat app. Was then told that this has happened before this evening and that it?s tough luck. The pakora was cold and covered in grease. Avoid this place over priced and terrible

Ordered food for a party to cater 40.Gentlemen I dealt with in the shop was polite, accommodating and nothing was too much bother. Items were delivered to the party venue at the exact time requested and all the food was amazing. Thank you and would recommend.
