I saw on the sign outside the garage they did welding so I pulled in to ask if they could do some welding on my vehicle. On approaching the garage a few men were inside the entrance and some working on a vehicle. I walked up, they saw me, and no one asked me how they could help me. So I said to one of them I'm looking to get some welding done. He said I'd have to speak to the Gaffer and nodded towards the other men. I asked who the Gaffer was but they just ignored me. I thought they must be busy, and would be with me soon. After a few minutes I realised I was just getting ignored and they weren't going to help me which was truly bizarre. They had all seen me but no one offered to help. So I just had to get in my car to leave. Even if they told me they would be with me in 5 minutes I'd understand but to be totally ignored was the worst and most bizarre customer service I've ever experienced.
