I was in today and I was served by Declan, Declan was very polite and came over and spoke to me and asked was everything was ok. Great service from him he brighten up my day. Prestwick Greggs thumbs up ? xx

Went to Greggs this morning .. it was freezing .. they had the air conditioning on .. it?s 9 degrees outside I asked them twice as the air conditioning unit was blasting out cold air below the customer sitting area .. The lady serving and boy said they were to hot .. I am registered disabled I don?t look it but I am . So moving for me is difficult .. I had to endure blasting cold air for 25 minutes. I now have a cold .. why are you using cold air in April when it?s still 9 degrees outside .. are Greggs rich and can afford to freeze their customers and only care about themselves .. when leaving I spoke to a boy who assume is supervisor .. He acted as if he did not care .. I told him I would contact Greggs he said do it if you like .. I will never use this shop again .. total non customer care .

I always pay Greggs a visit after I do my walk from Prestwick to Troon and back staff are a credit to the business especially Stuart a very valuable member of staff always look forward to my breakfast after a good walk keep up the good work guys

Joke of staff and store, half food missing from a just eat order. They won't resend it admitted it was there mistake.amger said to make a claim on just eat which takes 24 hours for a refund then I was to reorder no guarantee the food would come anyway plus I would need to pay another delivery charge.
