It' feels like a snow globe of Scottish golf essence tucked, a tad claustrophobically, between the airport, train tracks, a beach walking trail, and parking lot. Not crazy about the Upstairs Downstairs aristocratic pretensions of the "Members Only Tees" when the club is making bundles off golf tourists like me with its high green fees and incredibly high-priced Peter Millar souvenirs in the pro shop. But the green fees are no higher than top American courses. And it's a lovely experience to be out on the course.”
