“Absolutely spot on service from Rob who politely asked if we needed help from the min we entered..we found our product- a wall bracket for 40" tv- straight away and then Rob realised the product was on offer and there was a 1/3rd off the price. He got a code and applied the discount!! Brilliant efficient service. Highly recommend! I know I will be a regular customer with such prompt service, literally in and out in under 5 mins. Some of the other staff could learn from Robs suberb customer skills.👍”
