The guy serving us here was one of the most helpful friendly chaps we have ever experienced. Telling me all the different options of tea. Helped us with our app & choosing meal deal. He was very hard working, cleaning tables, even coming over to ask if our food was ok. Had the same cheery attitude with all customers. 10 out of 10 for this friendly Costa!

Definitely the terrible coffee shop in Prestwick! I visited many times Prestwick only in this shop I got the un-friendly experience!. Firstly you can?t eating food from outside even you take order at shop! And there isn?t any reminder on the door. The staff only just said: you can?t eat here. There isn?t any polite explaining but ask me to leave. And they obviously don?t know how to make a good coffee, even they don?t know use few hot water to dissolve chocolate powder for ice Mocha. That?s ridiculous! You should study how to make coffee from chain coffee shops in China.I have to say: You are really have something. I will never go to this shop!

Coffee not the best, not the warmest either, asked for extra hot, never happened, trouble is when you leave and are back in the car, you cant just go back to say this is not right, you tell them the next time, oh sorry ! You should have came back etc, need to sort this out, McDonalds are another company that are good at this etc, poor show !

Flawless Costa experience, sadly with the cost of 1 latte, extra shot, plus syrup, hitting ~£5, I dont visit often. I've got a decent bean to cup machine at home, TK maxx do a terrific range of sugar free syrups. All this adds up to making my own, is equal in taste and a fraction of the cost.

The building is beautiful and the coffee is really nice. The only let down was the person who served us our coffee was rude, just sat the cup down and turned away didn't say "that's your order" or even a smile, the girl who took our order to begin with was lovely. It's not the worst thing in the world I suppose but it was very dismissive of them.

really bad customer service. Me and my friend were in today and before we even sat down one of the workers shouted at us that we need to buy something if we?re sitting in, which we had full intention of doing and this is not the first time we?ve been harassed like this in the shop ended up leaving
