Just had a very unpleasant experience, went to buy a couple items and pay with cash - they point blank refused my money because I?m from Northern Ireland !! When I showed it was sterling and asked what was wrong with it they could not give me a reason other than they did not want it and told me to pay by credit card !!
So needless to say they lost that sale as I told them to keep the items and I don?t think I will ever be back in their shop

If it wasn't for leanne and how good she is at her job I would have taken my custom elsewhere years ago.Leanne goes above & way beyond to help you, if something isn't right you can be guaranteed that she will find out why and help get it sorted.It's such a shame that all the staff didn't have her work ethic/customer focused attitude.

Useless, collect repeat prescription to be told. It's not there and hasn't been ordered. Sent a message saying it's ready for collection 5 months later?Might as-well dive off cockenzie harbour with a concrete block tied to my foot than step foot in this place again.
