Really nice place to get an afternoon snack. Had classic fish and chips on our first vacation day, and it was really good. The server was friendly and the food was ready within some minutes. The view right next to the shop is directly at the beautiful sea. Sadly there are no tables to sit and enjoy the food inside but just some meters away is a staircase directly down to the beach. Would absolutely recommend it!

It?s as good as it can be when eating fish with a tiny wooden fork. Saying that, it was far less stressful than one of those dubiously looking chippies

Ordered a half chicken supper from Alanda?s in Prestonpans this evening and was really disappointed. The chicken was extremely tough and overcooked, seemed like it had either been cooked at too high a temperature or possibly reheated multiple times. It was difficult to eat. Unfortunately, the chips weren?t much better ? bland and tough with very little flavour. For the price and other reviews seeming to highly praise this place, I expected a much higher standard. Won?t be returning!

Got 2x haddock suppers, a steak pie and a smoked sausage. They were all great. Good chips too. Great to see a local chippy using local suppliers. Quality shines through.

Ordered fish supper for takeaway.
Shop wasn't busy so got order almost right away.
Portion was massive.
Personally prefer their shop in Longniddry. For some reason tastes better.

Spent £32 on two fish suppers and a single fish hardly any chips at all this is the second time in a row it seems they have cut back on the portion sizes and still charge a fortune

Had a chicken piri piri wrap and was very disappointed ?? chicken was very dry and over cooked, tasteless and not seasoned at all. Not cheap at £10 either. Accompanying sauces were not great either
