Really disappointed when I went to purchase an item and the sticker price was cheaper than what rung up at the till. The shopkeepers response was, "we have to charge you what's the computer says." I queried it and she then stated, "you can leave it behind." I objected stating that it's not fair, but I will continue to purchase as I know my daughter would love this and since I was travelling I didn't have time to look for another. I just think that if you advertise a price then you should honour the price. It's unfair and in Australia, the law states you have to honour the advertised price. Unsure if Scotland have similar laws, however I do not recommend nor will I shop there again.

This clothing store sells all [Scottish] style knitwear. Already have two [Scottish] sweaters/a scarf. Today I bought two commemorative magnet ornaments - a Scottish dress and a bagpiper.

Quality and service are typical of a high volume tourist shop.Parking is a challenge - there are a few 30 min spaces on the street; the parking lot at the end of the block completely full. For tourists with accessibility issues (and no govt placard - tourists) it's an issue.

very nice souvenir shop, kind staff. bought some haggis, berries jams, and lomond books limited. store location is walking distance from the bus stop.

Standard store. Most of their products are available in Edinburgh. Staff were visible.
