It's been 18 years since last visit and a bit of a disappointment. Only thing open was a Charity shop.Out of season, so I am sure it will be Spruced up for the spring and summer season.

Lovely Harbour with amazing fishing tours and boat trip companies. Also, in my opinion, the best fish and chip shop on the island.

Nice view from here, small town and not many places to eat. We were here for one night whilst visiting Isle of Skye. Stayed in one of the pink houses here and was warm and cosy, people are friendly here and helpful.

We followed Timberbush day tour lead by Mr AndyS to Isle of Skye, and below are one of the stops.Surprisingly, there were not many people here. It seems that we were the only ones taking photos here. We spent about 5 minutes here

It?s pretty but can be dang crowded in town. Prepare to wait for food. Also, plan your bus transportation ahead of time or prepare to catch a taxi.

Very pretty with the coloured houses along the road.Unfortunately you can't walk to the end of the harbour as it's closed off.But nice to look over the water.

Portree is the capital of Isle of Skye, it is well known for its Stunning landscape. Amazing town. We stayed in Portree around 5 days. We had some burgers and some fish and chips near the Portree harbour. The fish was amazing highly recommended.

Portree is an important town in the Scottish Highlands. It is an overnight stop leading to the area's attractions. It is quite suitable for shopping or leisurely strolls.
