The lawn photo here added by myself, as an example of the horrendous way the Highland Council think lawns should be 'maintained'. This mowing was clumsy & stupid enough to create the beginnings of a 'trench system should their wheels deepen the ditching already created now - or perhaps they intend to plant potatoes.. Those complaining of this & requesting normalisation might expect their reply I had - their own b&w pic of a different area, calling my photo too low-res to see properly - while their own accompanying photo (in b&w), is of deliberately. extremely low resolution. They might also expect - as I had - the illegallity no response to Freedom of Information requests for more details of HC's 'gardeners' own photo-taking visit. Pity this council breaks the law so easily. (Put on the Planning Dept's review, 22/07/'16. as there is nothing for the admin., nor maintenance offices.)
