Popped in for some lunch today and a little while after we ordered the kitchen electric had an issue. The lady who owns this delightful little place was so apologetic although there was no need...these things happen!
We happily changed one of our meals and had Fish and Chips and a steak burger meal.
The food was beautiful, the batte was like nothing I've tasted before and the steak burger was amazing.
Upon paying the owner insisted on removing our drinks as an apology ...we declined but she did it anyway.
Excellent service, amazing food, staff so friendly and welcoming.
Highly recommended and cant wait to come back when we're up again in September.

Popped in for a light bite and it did not disappoint!
The homemade lentil soup was delicious with the hot roll and of course the portion of chips to share .. went down well! A tasty treat for a reasonable price, would highly recommend! Thanks to the staff for their hard work and huge smiles welcoming everyone!

Authentic Scottish and 5 star breakfast. Been eating English/ Scottish breakfast for the past 18 years all over the UK, this one beats them all.

Had breakfast, loved it. Small, friendly, clean toilets and excellent food reasonably priced. Level access but small doors could be difficult for a wheelchair or buggy

Enjoyed our lunch here, table of 7, we all had different orders. Prawn Marie rose ciabatta was really nice. Burgers are massive and so tasty. Toasties and sandwiches lovely! Lots of fresh tasty options

A very busy cafe. It was the only one we saw in Portpatrick. Staff were pleasant. Thought it was a bit expensive though for paninis etc , prices were between £9-£11.

Was really disappointed in this wee cafe . Read great reviews about it but our experience was not great . It was unclean tables were dirty and floor was sticky . The food was bland and tasteless . We left a lot of food on our plates. Serving staff were fine . To be honest we left feeling a bit yuck afterwards . Would not go back .
