Extremely disappointed with the service I have had here, don't get me wrong the staff are friendly and lovely but having gone for an eye test at the beginning of the year and needing new prescription as well as new glasses and advised to go for varifocals which I went for, however, I had to return on a number of occasions to have them re aligned with no success, fed up I opted for separate glasses which I collected in April of this year and cheap. Then on Monday of this week the leg came off , returned yesterday to be told it looked to be my own fault, they couldn't repaired but offered to put a bit of glue on them. I now have a pair of glasses that are lopsided on my face with the broken leg holding on by a thread of glue and basically no use to me what's so ever !!!!! Very disappointed and wont be back.

I?ve been having problems with my eyes. Mainly an ulcer that?s been prescribed 2 lots of antibiotics. This has been over a 5 week period. The option said if I had any problems to go straight back to her. Today I tried to see her as I have a bad flare up on eye again. I was told I?d have to wait a week before seeing someone. A weeks a long time when it?s your eyes at risk. For that reason I won?t return and I?m currently on my way to hospital A&E

Very prompt.Polite friendly, bloody busy but time for every customer , even if it was to update them on how long they'd be. So professional.The sight test lady was so helpful with explaining issues, getting referrals and ensuring both I and my husband were supported and advised correctly.Well done ladies. Everyone is fantastic. I was quite nervous about trying contact lenses for the first time but Rochelle was really patient and supportive. I have came home and tried them myself and quickly gaining confidence. Superb staff.
