Claire, Josephine, Alan and Alan are the Dream team. You can see the enthusiasm, inspiration and care, that they take for ever customer. It's really the best M and S café ever. The manager of the cafe and another young girl, I think called Kerry. are also great. The manager is a good leader. She's always prepared to get her hand dirty.. Sharon and her son are wunderbar. The manager of the store, of the clothes department, Fiona, Gary the wonderful food court manager, in my opinion are like future future CEOs of the company, at home or abroad.This store is The Beacon for Mand S. I have a vision of a massive mega store in Greenock.

Was here a couple weeks back, was served by a lovely young gentleman who said his name was was goorav he was very helpful and patient at the till and also gave great advice ?

Love m& s ..only think it shocking is people park in the disabled parking and don't show there badges on dash I have copd trying to park there is a nightmare

Great products at a fair price. Always good quality on all products with great customer service. Lovely cafe onsite to let you enjoy a great coffee and selection of food and snacks.

Cafe very busy, several tables unclean. Staff too busy talking to each other to give any kind of customer service. This appears to be the norm at Port Glasgow as we have never had a good experience any time we have visited. More food on the floor than on the tables. The whole area could do with a deep clean. Cutlery more often than not looks grubby after having been washed! Marks and Spencer need to get their act together.

Went in on Saturday for a bite to eat. Ordered, then when we sat down, I was told they didn't have what I'd ordered. I got a replacement, which was a cheese and ham toastie. It was by far one off the worse toasties I've tasted. The Brad was wet and greasy. This is the third time with similar outcome. So, it will be the last.

Took a friend for what I thought was lunch. Ordered baked potatoes as they didn't do a full breakfast what we would have wanted then to be told no baked potato on their very limited menu, is there not a food court a few feet away from the cafe that sells potatoes?? Ordered another thing off the menu again none. We left very disappointed and went elsewhere.

One thing that was always expected and given was good service in M&S at the end of the day that's what you pay the higher prices for. Now it seems that service as well as quality isn't this shops priority.Not one assistant on the floor never mind at the counter, stood five minutes waiting to pay for what I was buying, but no one of course I'm sure if I tried walking out with it and not paying plenty would have appeared. So the shoes I was going to buy were abandoned.Needless to say I won't be back in the shop.

M&S Cafe absolutely disgusting. Food and litter all over the floor, terribly slow service and worn out old tables and chairs to sit at. Won?t return. I took pictures but I?m not able to upload to this review

Alan in the Port Glasgow store went above and beyond when I realised I had lost a Fitbit in the store. He was extremely helpful. He found it and phoned me asap. I was very impressed with this level of kindness.

Slow to serve, very limited menu, then didn't have anything but a baked potato. Had to clear my own table. When food eventually arrived it was Luke warm. Sent it back for a refund. Not cheep either, when you charge premium prices you need to get the service right
