Waited to be served as the girls had a long chat in the kitchen area, meantime the queue grew to 3- 4 customers waiting to be served.
Sit in paper cups only, probably they couldn't be bothered loading the dish washer. Won't be back for sure.

All Costa shops in Inverclyde have a good selection of food and drinks for sale. Customer service is very good as well.

Nothing left, everything I asked for was out of stock!
So when I opened my 'cheese and tomato' panini I was shocked at how little tomato was inside.
It a complete rip off, go somewhere else and get value for money, plenty of snack vans around!

Popped in for a quick toastie and latte as tragedy struck as I stopped outside to make a phone call. My car broke down and I had to wait on AA.Oh my goodness, that coffee was fab. Servers were just lovely and it was made in a couple of minutes. Well done women of costco. I only left a 50p tip I regret it, it should have been more. Next time I pass it will be. Hope my car doesn't die on me again. ?

This is the second time in the last week we have had problems here.1. Wrong order, its not rocket science is it to get the order right...especially when its only TWO LATTES.....! Historicaly we stopped coming here as they find it absolutely impossible to do the following order: 1 x large latte, 1x large latte , wet and one shot.....how hard can it be? So as they are going back to their old ways we shant be visiting again ....2. My wife has just returned from costa and I see the large latte is less than half full .....adding the quarter cup of foam this is a QUARTER OF A CUP....Really? when you also ask for a wet latte (no foam) then this is wrong on many levels.

massive fan of costa however the customer service in Port Glasgow is always disappointing while some of the staff feel it appropriate to pass comment on other customer.....poor!

Went to the drive through asked for a drink that was advertised on the menu to be told we don?t do that to which I replied it?s on the board! Server replies with don?t think so. Very poor attitude and also my drink reflected the attitude of the server which was most likely deliberate. Won?t be

This place has became a bit of joke between me and my friend we sometimes head up to sit and have a coffee and a yap but I always say wonder if one of the staff will crack a smile this time ! But no smile and no niceties ! Even had to ask her to fill my cup up me and my friend got a half a cup in the large paper cup ! When I asked she just puffed and filled it ????? Should have nicer staff in there like Greenock or largs ! They let the place down

Pretty decent coffee but wow these toasties are horrible! Who even though this was acceptable, the chicken and the bacon looks awful. You can slap on as much cheese as you think but it doesn?t make it good
