this is a great spot with a lovely view. We use it regularly for family gatherings as it's perfectly positioned between Glasgow where the family stay and Greenock where we stay. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Sadly it is the same owners as Duck Bay Marina and until they solve their PR disaster we will go elsewhere. google "Duck bay marina" "Robin house"

My daughter and husband treated me to birthday lunch yesterday and could not fault it one little bit! Waiter was so helpful as i have an allergy and him and chef were great. Thanks so much.

Had the wagu burger and wife had the haddock and salmon grattan, both lunch meals were excellent. I also had 1 large glass of wine and a strawberry sunday .enjoyed our visit.

Genuinely the best gluten free menu I've even seen in day to day that wasn't a gimmick or short term event
The gluten free menu was nearly exactly the same as the normal one and the food was perfect
Need to come again to try the rest of the menu as you could visit multiple times in a week having a 3 course and not have the same thing twice
Dietary restrictions: Exceptional well catered for gluten free
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramped entrance and a powered wheelchair lift inside

Bit loud with people enjoying there food, sadly as much chance as a snowball in hell of getting a table by the window, as the view of Clyde estuary. Fed up trying couldn't even get a window table for wife's ? birthday

I am surprised by all the 5* reviews. The servers were really nice, service was slow but expected at the weekend. The food was average - our first attempt had to go back as it was stone cold - second attempt was fine but disappointing. I had high expectations and unfortunately it didn?t do it for me. Desserts were nice though - so that was a positive. I?d maybe go back for dessert and a coffee but not for a main meal.
