Looking for flooring that was discontinued, told this branch had some, called and Scott said they were not on the shop
floor but could get them for the morning, went in got them and the woman that served me was just lovely, think her name was Alison, thank you Scott and Alison will definitely shop at your branch again

Popped in yesterday tues 1pm for soil and garden products man in the garden section was more than help full and went out his way to show me the best feed for my trees I could tell he was busy still stopped to help me, girl on the till was very helpful . Keep up the good work guys ?

I left my bag which had my wallet and laptop in it, they found it and kept it safe until I was able to come back for it. Davey was a gentleman when I phoned and went back to the shop.

Recently purchased a performance power grinder from port Glasgow store for a small project at home, I am a trade card holder and have been for many years, after 2 days use the grinder started to have a burning smell so I returned it to exchange the item,apparently as I bought it using my trade card ( although i told them it was only being used at home ) the 2 year warranty was invalid ,I understand the general rationale but it seems to me that it's not the policy that's at fault but the enforcers of the policy as I took the grinder to another store, explained the situation and was given an exchange with absolutely no problem,I have also has issues with only this store not accepting my trade card which I keep a copy of on my phone, they insisted it either needs to be the physical card or the app generated card,although EVERY other store accepted this,, port Glasgow, you need to do better for your customers
