Being from the east coast of Yorkshire I know my fish and chips. We came here for a treat but were both disappointed. The fish was ok but the the batter was not nice and crispy and the chips were a little rubbery.

Very disappointing experience, I read the review and thought this place would have a good Fish & Chips, however I doubt the Fish was fresh but was definitely frozen, the good part is, the batter was really nice and super crispy and the Chips were really good too
I wasn?t even asked what size I wanted my fish to be so they automatically charge me for the Super size and to me this was more like a small size portion and if you want any sauces you had to pay an extra 35p which comes in a sachet!! Absolutely ridiculous!

This is our local chippy and we absolutely love the haddock suppers. Absolutely delicious. Fish is always very fresh and perfectly cooked, crispy chips and delicious curry sauce.

Absolutely appalling experience! The owner can?t take criticism and would go as far as insulting their customers online!
Fish is NOT fresh but frozen, staff are extremely rude and you have to pay extra for the sauces

Fish was fantastic but sadly have to agree with all other comments regarding the chips. Definitely not your typical hand cut chippy chips, and sadly I wouldn?t call this value for money as wasn?t cheap!
This place could be something really special and even give customers an experience. Really disappointing and felt ripped off
