Went in for lunch on Tuesday, the food was delicious but unfortunately the desserts we ordered to take away were truly overpriced. We ordered Bakewell tart and cheesecake, both £10 each, the size of slices were ridiculously small and certainly not worth the money, the profit margin must be huge for these! Avoid desserts! Save your money.

Truly one of the best meals we enjoyed in Scotland. Husband had smoked haddock hot pot special and I had the hake. Both were delicious and well prepared. Smashed pea side dish was a delicious twist on the traditional side. Would love to have the recipe. Fish perfectly cooked as well. Smoked haddock dish was divine. Lots of flavor and great texture.

Absolutely fantastic - very comfortable bed, good shower, amazing staff and a brilliant breakfast. 100% recommend staying here if you're in the area.Food in the restaurant is also first class.Service always goes really above and beyond and makes the whole stay special.Saw some reviews saying parking was scarce - didn't find an issue though, easy to park on the street nearby or in the public car park down by the water.

Spacious and comfortable room, well decorated, well equipped and clean. The staff is very welcoming and we were able to park our car on site. The setting is great (pretty village and quiet room), we really liked the pub and the breakfast (which was included).

Really nice rooms. Only minor issue was when the radiator came on in the morning 5-6am ish, the picture frame on the wall directly above the radiator started creaking continuously with the heat, and woke my partner and me up. Like I say, very minor issue, but not

For starters, KINDEST PEOPLE!!! Just stayed here during my trip to Scotland, and it was the absolute highlight of the trip. Cozy rooms and the restaurant was INCREDIBLE :). Loved every moment and I hope I?ll get to return one day. Thanks for the great accommodations!
