Cheap eats, tasty coffee, fast friendly service and a great toddler play area next to some of the tables. Fab kids menu too, and staff are always willing to adjust orders if it's not exactly what you/your child wants. Awesome.

Lovely place we found it by accident. It’s a community based cafe with volunteers. Food was great nice portion size and reasonable prices. Staff were attentive.
You can sit in but there’s also a take away option too shown in the picture.
We’ll be back for sure. Deserts were delicious. Quite close to Pitmedden...

A community cafe has always been a top priority whenever the Udny Community Trust carried out community surveys and consultations. So with the purchase of The Medan Centre in March 2020, along came the perfect opportunity to create one.
Cafe48 has gone from strength to strength since its opening offering good honest food at a reasonable price and creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for folk to enjoy. According to feedback and with the number of repeat visitors, we seem to be getting it right!
